FAQ
What happens to patient data?
It stays in the clinic's accounts (its WhatsApp, calendar, Mercado Pago), not mine. Reminders only need name, phone and time. I don't touch clinical records or session notes.
Does the team need to code or switch systems?
No. I use what the clinic already has: WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Mercado Pago or its spreadsheets.
I work on my own. Is this for me?
Yes, through 1:1 mentoring: I teach you to use AI and build your own tools. Custom systems are for clinics and teams.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need: the size of the clinic and how many calendars it has, or how many mentoring sessions you want. After the call I send a proposal with the price, and then you decide.
Why is the first call free?
Because I need to understand what you need before proposing anything. If I can't help, I tell you and share what you can do on your own.
